The only issue I can see if she found out - is if she somehow links Lundy's killing to Dexter's negligence.
Was his death due to Dexter's negligence though? Had Dexter killed Trinity, would his daughter have no more reason to kill Lundy? All of Dexter's victims simply disappear and are never seen nor heard from again (except for those who were found during Season 2). She likely would have shot Lundy whether or not Dexter killed her father. After all, they rarely spoke, so she wouldn't have even known he was missing. And Quinn is the one who let it slip that Lundy was searching for The Trinity Killer. So it's really more Quinn's fault than Dexter's. She might even be willing to forgive him, given that his "hobby" had avenged the deaths of not only Lundy, but also Doakes, and had saved her from his brother, Brian.
