Yes. The only holdback is that Speaker Johnson said hes keeping the vote open for as long as it takes to pass this pig. Backdoor deals are being negotiated to try to flip those nays to yays. As long as voting is open, votes can be changed. The vote might still be ongoing past the morning. I'm hoping those votes can't be flipped. If they hold fast long enough for Johnson to give up the bill has to start all over again and that could take days or weeks.
