Which you may win a skirmish that way, but you'd be welcoming War with not just regular people, but probably street gangs and such as well. All across the country. There wouldn't be a strategic reason to do that when they can just pass laws and such that have similar effects but they have an entire media to sell it to the public and make them think it's a good idea
They'll gleefully open fire when that happens.
I am sure we will see more voter suppression tactics, like in GA, that make voting more difficult for specific people. Things like that are what the Republicans tend to do, and we will probably see more overt examples of that in the near future. But nothing as overt as literally kabashing the Civil Rights Act
