That gameplay video is fantastic, the game looks so smooth. The demonic Axe looks pretty darn cool too.

And it's so nice how he quickly changes between weapons during the attacks.

If not faster, then the combat is just as fast as before.

Haha I think a lot of people judged it too early. I always kept an open mind and most things shown look promising. I hope it turns out well

Well...To be fair, I think people judged it based on NT's *****ebag head honcho that wanted Dante to look like him. Since the backlash he's changed his look up a bit. He's not as "drugged out back alley" lookin' anymore.

But that's how he did indeed look before cause the head of ninja theory for some reason wanted Dante to look like him at first. And the uproar began.

People have been judging it for the same reasons even after his look was changed. Its not the old Dante and many were never gonna let that go. Fortunately it looks like the gameplay video and the material that NT is bringing to the table is starting to overshadow that with others and ultimately thats more important than the protagonist having black hair over white

The guy DID want Dante to look like him with the original redesign of the character. Every DMC fan I know called him on it... Forums went insane over it...

So the redesigned the redesign to NOT look like him nearly as much.
