I believe in them. There have been sightings of UFOs for thousands of years even dating back to the Bible.

I do believe life exists on other planets, there are just too many stars and planets out there for us to be the only life in the universe.

I don't believe they've visited Earth. Space travel is extremely difficult.

I believe... It's stupide not to. They have found water in our solor system and water is the key to life. I'm not sure I believe in the Roswell Greys or little green men but there has to be life on other planets, there are so many of them.

It is a fact that you cannot prove that Aliens don't exist but you can prove they do exist just my meeting them.

For us it is.

If they can find life in the most harsh conditions such as the volcanic vents living independently off the geothermic heat rather then the sunlight. If they can find life in the coldest climates like the arctic, then just imagine if life has grown and adapted elsewhere! I wander, if they do exist, what they would look like. Creatures who have evolved in different environments, perhaps made of different or same materials. The persistence of life is incredible.

I hope that day comes when they confirm the existence of life outside our planet, I hope that day comes before I die. It would be an exciting time.

Aliens exist.
I do doubt that they look like nothing like our view of them (big heads, skinny bodies, long arms, big ass eyes, etc).

Maybe they are invisible, that is even worse.

For us it is.

For any race born on a planet. First you have to figure out how to survive outside your "normal" environment. Then you have to figure out how to take enough of your environment with you to survive for a long duration of time. Next you have to figure out how to escape your gravity well. Then you have to find a fuel source small enough to carry with you but large enough to go great distances (or figure out how to take advantage of extraterrestial fuel sources). Assuming you have survived all that, you still have such huge distances to traverse that you're probably talking about generational ships - which means carrying enough folks with you for a decent genetic sampling, and so on and so forth. From what little is known about the universe and the basic laws of the universe, space travel is EXTREMELY difficult. I don't say impossible, because anything and everything is possible (some things are just more unlikely than others)

Alien life such as anything organic in all probability exists in the universe. Advanced aliens visiting us, who knows. In any case, if they were advanced enough to get here we would probably be below their notice. What if we are the most advance alien life there is.

Yes but I've had doubts. If there would be aliens we would know by now right? They woulda either invaded us or came and greet us. Maybe they don't want to interfere with our nature? Maybe they're studying us? Maybe they're among us?

But then you'd think that some alien terrorist woulda came and do something, or that another alien race woulda waged war against us and that other alien race....or maybe that alien race that's watching us is the supreme race of the galaxy or universe and other races cannot possibly immagine to destroy us or them.

Makes you think....Maybe there technology is so advanced and stealthy that we couldn't even detect them in 5 billion years....what if there using us as hologram environments and studying us....kind of like the matrix....Maybe some omnipotent being made us to be the only intelligent race in this universe.....when you think about it...Anything is possible
now on hte other side of the galaxie or universe( i dont knwo how you writte :woot:) you have aliens thinking: are we the only ones in space? then the other alien says to the the green guy ''If there would be aliens we would know by now right''

get it..................get it hehhe hheh heheh eehehhehehehehe :woot:

ok lets get serious here.
lets say that this is true: we know about 20% of what is in our oceans. we know only 20% of live in our oceans.and then to say that we are the only one in space?
will i sound crazy if i say that htere are chances that the aliens are deep underwatter?

how can you say that there is noone in NY when you dont even know that there is a big pitbull in your backyard. :woot:
i really need to stop drinking when i take pill's

i fully agree with pretty much the vast majority here..alien life has to exist otherwise why would all the other planets exist...i know its certainly not just for looks..i mean..if that were the case we would be able to distinctly make all of them out with the naked eye..lol..although i do disagree with one perticuler coment suggested on this page and while as im not going to bag on u for thinking so...there is just no possible way that we are the most advanced alien life form...if we were then we would be the ones crash landing in some military base on some planet and getting caught up in the sky by some farmer who swears he was abducted by us..lol

Never visited Earth?

OMG, what about the hundreds and hundreds of eye-witness and personal testimonies about UFOs and alien abductions? If these accounts were small in number, then you'd have a lot of reasons why to be skeptical, but these encounters are in the hundreds now. You can't possibly believe that every single one of those people were delusional and making things up, especially since many of them tend to have matching stories. I'd say the majority of them could be hoaxes, but even with that it leaves you with more than enough evidence to believe in the idea.

The fact that there are hundreds and hundreds of eye-witness and personal testimonies about UFOs and alien abductions make skeptics say some are just copying what others say. There are a small number you can believe but that doesn't mean they are right about what they saw.

This is weird I believe but I'm sticking up for the non-believers...

i dont see how theres not aliens...the human brain isn't even capible of comprehending just how big the galaxy is, because everything on Earth is limited; has a start and end. Space has NO end...its like the energizer bunny, it just keeps going and going and going and going.

I'd bet all the money in my bank account there are millions of different kinds of live across all of space; it would just take 10 billion years to get there.

If only one-billionth of one percent of all stars had life, there'd be only one planet with life in each galaxy (Earth would be the only one in the Milky Way). But with 200 billion galaxies, that means there would still be 200 billion (lonely) planets with life in the universe

But that bet is a cheet. It's not like we're going to find aliens for a while and by the time we do you'll probablly be dead so have no bank account.

Its a theory :o

Err.. we didn't find them, they found us lol.

There's plenty of evidence out there.

it's over now and it was just talking about strange metal that fell into a field, I guess it's official but it happen a long time ago and they were just talking about it for some reason.
I saw that it was more of soem kind of report or documentary about aliens, but i thought it was pretty interesting

what shape they are?
well everything is possible. they could be very small or very big. no matter what your opinion is on man in black but the ending was very good and you just had to thought that maybe it is true.

i doubt that they have a head, arms and legs like we have. different planet different form.
the reason why we always think that aliens look like human is because its easier for us. but it is more complicated then that IMO.

I believe in aliens totally. The probability factor is huge - a single grain of sand on a huge beach STILL doesn't relay how insignificant our planet is in the grand scheme of things. If someone put this entire universe together and only populated Earth, I would say that was a huge, huge, huge waste of resources.

I don't know if any of you use http://www.abovetopsecret.com - it's a conspiracy/ufo/paranormal site which discusses all things strange. I started reading a thread there by a guy called Sleeper last year who claims to have some small knowledge & involvement with aliens. Unlike 99.9% of the threads which turn out to be hoaxes or jokes and get quickly deleted, his is now 160 pages long and shows no sign of slowing. True or false? Who knows. There's something about his claims which is eerily familiar though. Judge for yourself...
