Someone from the New Mutants threads (slugzilla) have reported that Marvel Stud10s already cast someone for Namor. That guy was right about the New Mutants with his scoops. So who knows?
As for Namor, I prefer him to get his own film or appear in a FF film first. And I'd like to see more Dr. Strange characters in a Dr. Strange sequel, before someone like Namor.

I don't think Namor will get his own film because his film rights are supposedly similar to the Hulk where Universal owns distribution. I too, would have rather have seen him show up in the F4 first, but that doesn't mean they can't meet in the future.

Of course not. I'll be curious to see how Namor would fit into this story. Will Mordo be back? Are they still using Nightmare?

Yeah but he’s teamed up with tons of characters. I mean, how would you introduce Atlantis and all that in a doc strange movie? Very random really. Not impossible but very random. Still, it may be the only way around the rights issue similar to the hulk

In regards to a possible Namor appearance, I remember Cumberbatch teasing that they wanted to bring in the Illuminati down the line, and Strange's cameo in Ragnarok seemed to suggest that as well. And of course with the Fox acquisition, they can now bring in Mr. Fantastic and Professor Xavier. Just a question of whether or not Stark survives Endgame.

Marvel's Atlantis in the comics has tons of connections to the mystical, from ancient magical objects to evil sorcerers to the invoking of various sea based gods ("By Neptune!" etc.) . It's not a stretch at all to assume that the sorcerers of the MCU are well aware of Namor's Atlantis. Strange in Ragnarok talks about needing to see if a spell he's casting needs any adjustment for Asgardian nature and consults an old book, which I think suggests that the Asgardian "Gods" were a known quantity to the wider world of magic users even before the events of the first Thor film.
And as was pointed out Namor and Strange have a long history from the comics. It's not something that would be totally out of place in a Dr. Strange movie at all really.

I find it hard to believe that Namor would be in this. There are already too many elements. I don't see how they all fit in without Namor. Nightmare is strongly rumored as the villain. Mordo presumably has a role. I'm struggling to think of a coherent story with both of those. Can they fit Namor on top of that?

I wonder where they’re hearing these “rumors”. It doesn’t make sense to me how Doctor Strange could be coming out next year.

We've heard nothing about shooting dates. Plus we know Eternals shoots later this year. So I won't say this is impossible, but we should start hearing things soon if it is to make November next year. Needs to start shooting by like, August/September then. If this ends up as November, then Eternals will be the early 2021 film almost assuredly, which likely bumps Black Panther 2 to 2022 unless they opt for a Summer release this time instead.

Eternals is definitely happening next year. They've already announced casting and have a set date to start shooting. There's a chance that Strange is still in that November slot, though.
Plot wise, I have no idea how they combine Nightmare, Mordo AND Namor. It would make a little sense to see a cameo and then give him a bigger role, maybe primary antagonist, in Black Panther 2. I also really hope that we can get Clea introduced here, and just pretend Natalie Dormer wasn't in TFA so she can take that part.
