Comics Doesn't anyone else read Spider-Girl??

On a side note, i didn't get my issue yet, but Friday after work is looking positive. Although i've read the Mile High preview, i sure wouldn't mind a SPOILER posted here though, (hint-hint!) so anyone can step in, and inform those that are outta the loop. Thank you, come again.

Well,
Uncle Phil manages to beat Fury all by himself, Magus and Doc Strange renew the status quo for Darkdevil, and Spider-Girl manages to bust Normie loose but Normie keeps the symbiote against objections of May, convinced he can tame it like a little puppy dog. No revealing of the identity of Darkdevil to even the magic guys.

Thanks for that brief spoiler AM, and that cover preview for issue #87 too! Okay, i've finally managed to get my hands on acopy of Spider-Girl, and must say i was expecting a little more from this one. Phil's dumb luck victory over Fury was ok, and i'm sorry- i should've posted *SPOILERS!* before i said that, but it just came out. One thing i did like however, was the Symbiote nearly revealing Normies' darkest secerts, and future plans maybe?? So as SpideyInATree posted earlier, the issue was cool, and it did set up something a lot bigger in the near future involving things revealed by Venom. I give it a 3 outta 5 overall, if Tom didn't wrap this one so quickly. I'd like to discuss this issue further, because although it may seem as if i'm nit-picking a bit, there were some really good things i loved about this issue. So let's talk about some plots that we believe can, or will result from this arc/issue, ok? Cool. Post away you guys!

Oh yeah, i know its' kinda late for this now, but happy belated St. Paddy's Day! (Wow...like 2 1/2 days late...)

I really should pick up a copy of this title. It's probably buried somewhere near SSM :(.

Ive got the Marvel Age 1 (issues 0-5) and 2 (issues 6-11), and i love it

We're glad to hear it! The third digest will be out in only a few weeks, so be sure to pick it up. And I hope you've started reading the monthly comic!

this is probably the best spidey comic out right now. I cant believe no one thinks of it. I could understand if it had nothing to do with the original Spidey. But this one has all of those fimilair characters...its like the future of Spidey...the way it was supposed to be before they killed off May.

True, true, and not only that- it reads like an old Lee/Romita comic. Don't worry, the old comic heads know that Spider-Girl is the truth, they just don't want to buy the book, but they'll tell you that Spider-Girl is a real cool read. Represent.

You know what kinda bothered me at the end of the last issue, the fact that Normie decided to bond with the symbiote, and i think it's because the symbiote knows what Normie's plans really are. I always knew in the back of my mind that Normie had secert plan brewing somewhere!! He's an Osborn for cryin' out loud! And he's crazy!!

Hey guys, MileHigh has a preveiw of Spider-Girl up, and guess who's drawing this issue?? That's right, Pat is back! Well...at least for this issue, but i love it whenever he comes to do an issue. Also, the first conversation between May and Normie is about the symbiote, and his decision on why he wouldn't destroy it. Which goes to add further questions about what's to come from Normie, and how much of what the symbiote was telling May about him was true. One last note, i really don't think that May and Normies' relationship will ever be the same.

Oh yeah, don't forget to set those clocks up an hour! I know, i know- it sucks, but what can we do?

Thanks Auntie May! I'll be heading to the comic shop to cop my issue of Spider-Girl today! Reviews a little later on kids!!

What a cool and funny one shot issue! But as much as i enjoyed the issue, i must say that i'm ready to see the conclusion to Normie and the symbiote, because i'm starting to believe that the Goblin serum did affect him, and he could be plotting one hell of a surprise for poor May (She really wants to believe that Normie means well, but his past is still in the back of her head). In any case, i need more Spider-Girl!!

Holy Crap! This thread is still around!? I haven't posted on here in 3 years, and it's still here! Sonuva*****, that's cool. Haven't read Spider-Girl in a while, I skimmed thru some recent stuff, interesting about Normie and the symbiote.

Welcome back Hex! Yeah, this thread is still hangin' around here at SSH!, and just like Spider-Girl- we're here to stay! Well if you wanna know what's goin' on with the book, you know where to find it! Also, now would be a great jumping on point if you're looking to get back into Spider-Girl, and as you already about the secert of Normie keeping the symbiote. And it's only getting better!

Could the GG liquid have had an effect onNormie making him have more of a desire to keep the symbiote? I love the last few issues.

Sorry Blaque-Spiderman i hadn't seen that you had already thrown that idea out there. I should read back a few pages and get cought up with the discutions.

If you don't like dealing with day light savings time just move to Arizona. We don't have it.
