Comics Doesn't anyone else read Spider-Girl??

Here's the rundown gang, no issue yet, BUT- tomorrow is looking very good! (This is very ridiculous to say the least, i've never had so much trouble getting a comic book in my life! Sheesh!) So hopefully, i be up to speed with the rest of you guys because this issue sounds soooo good!!! ARGH! The agony!

Day three: Still no comics gang, and this has become too depressing to comment on, Congo Kong- i'm awaitng your great review over at Crawlspace! Rest assure, i will have my comics!

Well, I made a review for issue 78 over a month ago, but Brad (who runs the site) hasn't put it up yet. As for issue 79, I haven't wrote it yet.

I think somebody in the L.A. area has to volunteer to pick up B.S.'s comics for him!

Venom is back and this time he's targeting Spider-Girl’s closest friends! Plus: Mary Jane makes a startling discovery! Guest-starring: the Human Torch, Lyja, Darkdevil and the Phil Urich Green Goblin!

this sounds great!

Just letting ya'll know that I still read this title, and the female goblin wasn't bad at all :)

I agree, as terrible as that sounds! It's just crazy to me that i've lost so much free time, i'm barely around here as it is, and now my beloved comic-time has been dwindling with each month passed! Thanks for the concern Jeffers, and by the way- how's the weather back home(i'm a Chicagoian, remember!)? Is it cold yet?

That sounds wonderful! My thoughts on who the Symbiote might go for is Moose, why you ask?- he looks just like Brock, (well on the rotund tip), and plus i've always wanted to see Tom put Moose in a situation where he could play out his superhero fantasy, but not exactly the way he'd want it to go. I also wouldn't be too shocked if it was Courtney either, i think she'd be perfect- the nice girl who everyone likes, but deep down may have a jealousy complex because she isn't as "perky" as the other girls. Whatever insecurities, or emotional issues the host has, that's what the Symbiote uses to its' advantage when it starts to bond with its' host. Well at least i think it does....

Ladies and gentlemen..... the cover to issue #82!!!

Who's excited? I certainly am!!!!!

YES! Finally more covers relating to what's inside the book.

Oh, and BS. I just sent in the review for issue 79. I hope you enjoy it once Brad puts it on the site.

*Sigh* Where is everyone? No replies. I guess I'll do Jeffers' job here. lol *BUMP*

You want ideas. OK. Here are some covers (at least some of them, if not all of them were Spider-Girl covers) drawn by Ron Frenz that were not used by Marvel. As you can see, some relate to some recent issues.

You can see (and buy) all sorts of art, including this, at catskillcomics.com.

I don't like that second cover, but otherwise they are good. Thanks for posting them

Here are some observations:

2 covers in a row that have something to do with the actual story

I like the old hairdo better (or I guess the second hairdo) but I am sure I am in the minority here. I can still whine about it :D

I love Spider-Girl! It's the best Spider comic as far as I am concerned!

Hey guys!

Congo Kong told me to haul my butt over here.

Ummm ... so ... I've heard good things about Spider-Girl, and with such an enthusiastic fan base I've got to check this out. What's a good issue to start off with? :)

And yeah, I kind of liked the old hairstyle too. It made her look more sophisticated.

It's getting there, although it was surprisingly warm over the weekend!

You just need to be spanked!

Hey Blaq, I know you didn't get to read the last issue yet, but I will say that the lady goblin does have something to do with the Scriers, and that shes no whimp....that shouldn't spoil anything. On another note, I like that pencil Electro cover a lot, same with the shadow one.

That's not even funny jarkoer. :p Guys, jarkoer is one of the best fans this book could have. I'm glad you took my advice and came by to visit. :)
