Hulk had his chance and he's going away for a while. Its try to put some effort into other characters who haven't gotten movies before.

I am still hoping we'll get another Marvel movie in 2012. Avengers is May... maybe in June they could spin off a TIH sequel from Avengers. At worst maybe 2013. I am probably reaching... we are more likely to see Ant-Man at that point than TIH 2. Man this sucks...

The Incredible Hulk was rushed, not marketed properly and followed the stigma of a previous Hulk movie which didn't go well with many people.

Marvel never seemed to give a crap about TIH, they never really wanted a franchise from it. They just wanted it out in theatres so they can get to their bigger project which is The Avengers.

Also the reason he didn't have a Russian accent was because Tim Roth said Marvel wouldn't pay for a dialect coach so that is why they changed him to being raised in England but still having Russian background.

It's most commonly know that Banner changes when he becomes angry. That's how I've always understood it.
