It's mostly cringe worthy when people dress up as the joker, they make there selfs as well as the rest of the fans look bad, please, just put a shirt and a nice pair of jeans or something on when you go to see the movie.

I use a cream-based, face paint/make-up and it works fine - under $3

Just got back from the store, got my green hair dye for midnight tomorow. I'm still unsure if i should go all out with makeup or not since i don't have a full joker costume, i'll just be wearing the WSS shirt and black jeans, but i'm definatly doing the green hair. You guys think the makeups worth it without the full costume lol?

I got it at a Costume Shop in (Colorado) They also had Masks of the Joker's goons and the Joker Goon mask but the Joker mask was the only one they had.
