But, I’d like to make a female version of the costume:
A tight green vest like top with a tie of course.
The blue undershirt would only be a pair of sleeves that would fasten at your upper arms and extend to your wrists.
Then a mini dark purple pinstripe pleated skirt with knee high Joker sox.

I’d like to work dark green hair and matching eyes with that and the makeup would be more of a porcelain doll like look.

I'm thinking about dressing up as Joker, make up and find some green spray for my dreadlocks that'll wash out easy. I just need to find some dark green dress pants and a dark purple vest. I might go dumpster diving and hit up a Savers or a Goodwill pretty soon, then go to the mall and look around.
