Someone pointed out to me this could be some viral marketing setup for a Super Bowl commercial. That feels the best explanation for me. There is no way this can be real.

Yeah, this seems to have come out of nowhere so a Super Bowl commercial makes sense. If it is real though, and it could be since Rimfire Films is a real production company that financed the first two movies (I googled it), the question is...why? Crocodile Dundee is one of the few '80s franchises that has pretty much been forgotten. Is there even much nostalgia for it at all?
