Another bit of homage is that Batman is always referred to as "The Batman" reinforcing the creature of the night bit and urban legend surrounding Batman to Gothamites.

While watching The Dark Knight I noticed two bits of foreshadowing such as Coleman Reese saying to Fox "What are you building for him next, a rocket ship" (The Bat)

And when Fox is going over the new improved Bat-suit to Bruce he jokingly says it will do well against cats. (Catwoman)

I didn't catch it at the first viewing, but I thought it was a cool nod or Easter egg when the guy getting his shoe shined says change can either be good or bad and then states that Wayne coming back is a bad change. When his friend asks 'why bad', he reponds by saying he "flipped a coin"...making a nice Dent reference.

I'm sure it's been pointed out but I love despite not being called Catwoman there was newspaper clippings that referred to Selina as 'The Cat'. Nolan really paid homage to the first appearance in the comics, just as he did with the Joker.

After watching a 3rd time, I noticed that when the young Ra's Al Ghul goes to check on a Bane after the doctor has bandaged up his face, he is wearing the gauntlets on his arms. Tohught that was a nice touch.

I'd sooner think Barsad was a loose adaptation of Bird rather than Deadshot, simply due to their names sounding sorta similar

I know this doesn't really count as an Easter Egg...

But upon my second viewing, that moment where John Blake is fighting Christopher Judge's character and Batman is fighting the rest of the guys gave me chills. Since I knew the revelation at that point, it just made me think "Whoa... This is Batman and Robin fighting side by side with each other right now." I thought it was cool.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, though it may be a bit of a stretch, every time I see Batman's statue unveiling; that blue satin draped over it is, to me, a dead ringer for his comic-book accurate cape. The way it hangs over it's (his) frame and collects on the floor. The color and the luster of it (the luster perhaps more akin to 1960's TV Batman, but there you go.) It's spot on, I think.
