The Dark Knight Rises Easter Eggs in DKR

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, though it may be a bit of a stretch, every time I see Batman's statue unveiling; that blue satin draped over it is, to me, a dead ringer for his comic-book accurate cape. The way it hangs over it's (his) frame and collects on the floor. The color and the luster of it (the luster perhaps more akin to 1960's TV Batman, but there you go.) It's spot on, I think.

If it's any consolation, I can't help but think the same exact thing every time I see the movie.

Don't you think the policeman whose hat was flying because of the Bat was actually Flyer?

Sure, if you want to be a smartass about it.

Excuse me, I forgot Reese was alsothe Riddler...

There is a lot more to Deadshot than just being able to shoot well.

If you read my original statement, I pretty clearly stated that I thought it was simply a "nod" to Deadshot, not a surefire, 100% introduction of the character.

I even went so far as to state that it wasn't even confirmed.

So, with that in mind, try to keep the condescension toward harmless discussion to a minimum.

Don't take it personnaly dude. I'm not attacking you, nor everyone else. I'm making fun of some assumptions, I'm not making fun of people.

Not sure if this is an easter egg, but i thought this was pretty cool,

Bruce Wayne hands down the torch to John Blake at the end of TDKR, also, quite literally at the ending. The flashlight Bruce used in BB to discover the batcave is basically a modern day torch. He gives what appears to be the exact same (or same type of) light to John Blake.

cool!

It wasn't the same exact light.

Bruce had a flashlight, Blake had some kind of glowstick or blacklight or something like it.

Edit: I think I have it the other way around. Blake had the flashlight.

My brother picked that up on our first viewing. I didn't even hear it the first time, lol.

That's why it would be a nod and not an actual interpretation.

Is that a plant next to Crane ?

If yes, do you think its a nod to Poison Ivy ?

Obviously it's a nod. And I can't believe people overlooked the nod to the Joker. It's obvious John Blake wearing shoes is a nod to the Joker, since JGL looks so much like Heath Ledger, and Ledger's Joker was wearing shoes as well.

I thought it was obvious.

Batman and Robin starts with a frozen bat-symbol.

The Dark Knight Rises starts with a frozen bat-symbol.

Simple foreshadowing :oldrazz: The ice man cometh!

Teh Epic! Teh Nod!

And what if Gordon's mustach is actually a nod to The Joker, as we all know Cesar Romero used to play the joker without shaving his mustach?
