I sold my copy of inFamous awhile ago and have been thinking of picking up another copy, I never finished the "bad" playthrough and the game is awesome. Glad I'll get a free copy now!

As for the rest, I owned LBP and currently own LBP2, so I don't think getting that would be worth it. I have Wipeout HD because it was the first free PSPlus game, but it might be good to own it and the Fury dlc.

Dead Nation doesn't sound up my alley, and I don't know much about Stardust...

I wish they had offered either Modnation for the PS3 or M.A.G. MAG especially would have been a smart thing to get people hooked on the online side of the PS3 again.

Yeah, M.A.G. would have been something interesting to see. Lots of people would have logged in some MP Hours with that thing.

And LBP2 can benefit from this, same as inFamous 2. I can see someone playing it, loving it, and then being much more certain of purchasing 2.

I'll get InFamous. I downloaded the demo sometime ago but it didn't excite me at all. I hope it gets better as we progress the story.

Can anyone recommend Dead Nation or the other games? Any great quality or a really fun factor to them?

Altho, i never played inFamous because i thought the demo sucked, but ill give it a try considering its free. Already have LBP, the rest i couldnt care less about.

At least the gifts are better than the game MS gave for their little outage. Undertow, what the hell was that?

Wipeout may be the only one I get. I don't want to download games I already have on a disc, because I'm not going to trade them in at this point. Stardust does not look interesting to me, and Dead Nation is a little gory for my taste. And the appeal looks like it wouldn't last long anyways.

This. Dont let the demo dissuade you as the actual game is alot better. Theres so much to it and unfortunately with many demos its pretty constrained. The graphics in the final gem are also better. They arent the best on the PS3 but I remember thinknig they were dissapointing in the demo but looked cleaner in the final product. Plus a big part of the game is the story, its presentation, karma choices and twist at the end, all of which make for an engaging experience. This is a great choice to prepare for Infamous 2 which is sure to be a GoTY contender

Because I'd rather get games I don't already own. Especially if they have to sit on my hard drive. I've already gone through my games several times and traded in ones I didn't want. I like to keep games that are in a series, same reason I still Uncharted 1. I want to see Infamous 1 and 2 sitting next to each other on the self. Just my thing though. If other people want to get the same game twice, or maybe they already traded it in and want it again, let them.

Yeah, inFAMOUS didn't excite me all that much at first since I didn't really know what was going on, and since I had just gotten Uncharted at the time and was more into that. But once I started to play inFAMOUS, it was really hard to put down. I highly recommend it and think its the best game on that list. Sadly, I already have LBP, so I don't know if I'm going to even bother with the other three.

I think people don't realise how much good value Wipeout is for free. That game got top marks the first time around then then the Fury expansions (included) earned it even more, with critics saying it was like a whole new game. Definitely picking it up.

Oh God I remember back in my young days back in 1996 when I played the Wipeout 2097 demo* on PlayStation and absolutely LOVED it!! I played the hell out of it with my brother.

Wipeout HD is definitely my pick! I'm having a nostalgic orgasm just thinking about it!

* I loved those old PS demo discs that had loads of demo games that were so fun you didn't even need the whole game. One of my favourites was a game where you could create your own robot warrior and then play against each other on a pretty large map. There was also this strange but fun game where you were a skeleton dude and killed zombies around on a graveyard. You could fight them holding your arm and hit them and all that kind of stuff. That game was kinda scary though haha

Yeah, I think that's where I'm going too. I have Wipeout due to PS+, but I don't actually own it nor do I have the Fury expansion.
