Whenever someone mentions Exiles now, I get all sad inside. I miss you Mimic. I miss you, Claremont CrapFree Exiles

I agree. I didn't have a problem with World Tour or the team fighting Proteus or anything, but come on, they compromised for a non-victory after the loss of two major characters. That's just plain not heroic. I don't want to root for these a**holes if they're willing to let one of their own be turned into some freakish abomination and pretend nothing's wrong.I don't even think either of those would have actually been that bad if they'd actually let the deaths mean something by letting the team actually beat Proteus, instead of this jacked-up skin-puppet ********.
...I mean they even more or less killed Mimic before with the Brood and the book worked fine before they brought him back.
Trinity isn't anywhere near as bad as anything Clairemont's done in the last ten years.
In its prime, Exiles was a great book.
Now, I think it would be better to put the book out of its misery.
-Blink
-Mimic
-Morph (these three are the heart of the damn team to me. They're the Iron Man, Cap and Thor)
-Hercules: Young and arrogant....er... more arrogant I guess. Still rocking the Nemean Lion hide costume and using his mace and such... Still willing to use a bow)
-Spider: Alternate reality. Superhero registration happened decades earlier. Before the Spider bite. As a result Parker registered right away and went through Shield Training. Has customised, shield issue weaponry and a more advanced costume. (Think Like Bucky's version of Cap but for Spiderman.) Rookie fresh out of the initiative but top of his class.
- Dane Whitman: Black Knight and adept sorcerer (trained briefly under Stephen Strange before Strange's death) Carries a collection of both mystical and technological weaponry including the eye of Aggamotto. In reality the entire world is at War with Dormammu's forces who have breached the barrier between dimensions. Grizzled war veteran type.
- Aurora: Orphaned at a young age when her and her brother's powers manifested. Her brother went crazy and killed the rest of her family. Aurora tried to stop him accidentally killing him in the process. Swore never to kill again.
- Black Cat: reformed (probably) cat burglar/ super villain. Has were-cat form/abilities instead of luck based ones given to her by the Kingpin to defeat her world's Spiderman. Taken to join the Exhiles directly from prison after her first defeat by Spiderman.
Because I don't think she's necessary for the team. Morph is really the only character I think needs to always be on the team.As for Blink Corp how could you say that![]()
