Exposed - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

Dense? LOL no, but apparently you must be since you couldnt find cohesion in the plot elements. It wasnt that complicated to follow.. Then again if your gauging the show by how your 9 year old reacts to it, I'm not sure why I'm even bothering discussing it with you...

Cohesion doesn't nullify the fact that the plot was clunky and filled to the brim with cliché coincidences. What you call cohesion I call the caulk holding the broken pieces of a cheap Avon porcelain figurine together. It's clunky, contrived and sloppy. If you truly think that this was stellar writing, you desperately need to broaden your horizons beyond the trite refuse the WB slops into your trough.

I think you guys might get a kick out of this gif for future use

For the people that though this episode was embarrassing and terrible the PROFESSIONAL critics at EW gave it a B+. I'm sure your much smarter than them also. You may want to spend some time sending your email complaints to them and explain your superiority so they can benefit as well as us.

Hilarious. As you know, EW is OWNED by WB, so that doesn't sway them too much..........

I didnt say it was "stellar writing", just that it didnt seem to be as porous as you were claiming. Not everything has to "suck" or be "stellar", there are many varying degrees in between.. Smallville is no more "contrived" or "clunky" than a show like "Lost", which I am also a fan of.

If you're looking for "stellar writing" then a show/movie based on a comic book superhero probably isn't for you. Hell 95% of network television probably isnt for you.

^^ you really cant seem to just walk away today can you

Way to back-peddle there buddy.

I accept this as your statement that you too thought the episode sucked. Glad we agree.

Boy, Lost sure does suck this season.
