SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THEY WAITED SO LONG TO UPLOAD THAT VIRUS AND STOP ZOD. PLEASE.

I fully understand that powering up Watchtower would alert the Kandorians but they clearly needed just a few minutes to do it. WHY?

well i dont think they had it totally ready from the get go. i think its was something they were working on for awhile. Then they didnt really have total access to get to watchtower and all that.

Also, wouldn't Clark have healed somewhat fast once he pulled the kryptonite knife and threw it away instead of dying like he did?

he would have healed but it wouldnt be so fast. Since he been out of powers for awhile.
