He does look like he has a bit of Asian genes, but haven't found any information that confirms it.

Well I don't think it's the Asian part of Henney that makes him resemble Ezra since Henney is after all mixed.

He can play with bunch of little details for Aquamans armor/suit, but Flashes should be kept streamlined and simple in my opinion.

Fair point, but since I first saw picture of Ezra I was convinced that he's mixed as well. Mostly because of his eyes.

If anything, I see Snyder taking the look that Ezra has in those suit pictures from the previous page (the one where he's carrying a drink) and just giving him a haircut at the most.

Unlike Superman and Batman, Snyder doesn't need Ezra to buff up considerably considering that he's playing the Flash, who's very powers alone prevents the character (in a way) of having a physique like Batman and Superman would have.

Whether it be in BvS or in the JL film, I hope we get at least one scene featuring Barry at work as a CSI agent from Central City.

You just reminded me that I forgot to mention that I really like the fact they cast someone who looks lean and agile.
I was hoping for Flash to be a little shorter though, so that Wonder Woman wouldn't be the shortest of them all, but it's not a big deal, when you bring Gadots wedged footwear in equation I think they'll be of same height.

Well if you look at the pic his hair looks to be dyed. It looks as though he has lighter hair if you look at his roots.

Given that Iris is also a journalist like Lois, it would probably be best to help differentiate between her and Iris if they cast a actress that has black/dark hair color.

Given Ezra's age...hmm, that's the tricky thing actually.lol

Not the man I would have picked but since all I have to go on is Google image search, my opinion doesn't mean much. He's a lithe male actor, which is appropriate, and despite some effeminate pictures, should look fine when makeup and costuming are done with him. The important thing is the performance, and since I've never seen him in a film, that's really up in the air.

One thing I think is going to be challenging is the cowl. He has a very lean face, which I think would look really awkward in the traditionally thick cowls productions such as these produce. Maybe they'll take the opportunity to design something more formfitting, for once.

While I'll admit, it makes me a little sad that Gustin's Flash won't be sharing the screen with Cavill, Affleck and Gadot, it's not like it was ever seriously going to happen. The good news is that Ezra Miller is a GREAT actor... and while I always pictured him playing a darker character, that's probably just because he can play a really, REALLY good psycho. But that's clearly not the only thing he's capable of. I approve of this casting! Can't wait to see Barry Allen on the big screen.
