I really liked Wade calling Negasonic Ripley along with the rest of that exchange. The whole Liam Neeson bit was very funny too. So many funny quotes it's hard to choose a favourite.

I love that while Weasel does not break the fourth wall they drop hints that he might also know he's in a movie, or possibly that he's been around Wade enough that those jokes have entered his humor as well.

So many awesome lines, one-liners that went over everyone's head. This film was too smart for about 80% of the audience I saw it with, I was sometimes the only person in the theater laughing.

-the explanation of how Deadpool got his own movie.
-the McAvoy/Stewart line
-the exchange between him and the taxi driver.
-16 walls
-Cocaine next to the cure for blindness.

I love throw away lines like that which build tremendous lore, it's like the line about Leningrad in Escape from New York.
