The best lines in deadpool according to me although the sarcasm was outstanding in the movie I like the following lines

"its seems like an avocado have s*** with an old avocado".

It's not really a line so much but when Francis escapes on the freeway and Deadpool does the multiple double-take thing was another well placed gag.

I liked the line where dp was in the weapon plus program and was talking to bob about how Francis got his name from a dish washer soap I laughed real hard in the theater for some reason

So many awesome lines, one-liners that went over everyone's head. This film was too smart for about 80% of the audience I saw it with, I was sometimes the only person in the theater laughing.

Not exactly a line but could not stop laughing at the double take he does when Francis disappears, found it utterly hilarious!
