He has a 87 page rebuttal to a report he hasn’t seen? Unless he already knows what’s in it because someone is feeding him information which would be illegal.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that he hasnt mentioned pearl harbor yet...

Yeah, I am now really questioning why Barr is getting the nomination for AG.

But, it sounds like the Manafort filing today is going to be gooooood.

Thank you C Lee.... now not hungry for the next month

Trump is absolutely ****ting himself

:funny:

Trump knows what he did. He knows what his family and friends did. And every little bit that shows that Mueller might be able to prove that, scares the ever loving crap out of him.

Based on the twitter rant, I'm guessing Jr or Kushner are named.

I do wonder if the push the nomination for Barr is because Whitaker has blown up in his face. This is someone even the GOP are raising concerns about.

Watching MSNBC. So apparently Kelly is leaving very soon?

He will leave when he wants to leave. I suspect he will leave when Nielson eventually gets fired.

Nielsen used to be his deputy and they're very close, apparently.

Yeah, bet they are having emotionless android sex, it is the right wing, after all. The same people who attack a guy for Oral Sex intern, while they are having fill on affairs.

Their extramarital affairs are strictly missionary position though. Otherwise it'd be sinful.

The frantic scramble before Mueller got the job - CNNPolitics

In the hectic eight days after President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top FBI officials viewed Trump as a leader who needed to be reined in, according to two sources describing the sentiment at the time.

They discussed a range of options, including the idea of Rosenstein wearing a wire while speaking with Trump, which Rosenstein later denied. Ultimately, then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe took the extraordinary step of opening an obstruction of justice investigation even before special counsel Robert Mueller was appointed, the sources said. The obstruction probe was an idea the FBI had previously considered, but it didn't start until after Comey was fired. The justification went beyond Trump's firing of Comey, according to the sources, and also included the President's conversation with Comey in the Oval Office asking him to drop the investigation into his former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

The new details about the genesis of the obstruction case into Trump that became a key element of the Mueller probe shed light on the chaotic week following Comey's firing and the scramble to decide how best to respond. They also help to explain the origins of the Mueller investigation that has stretched across 19 months, consumed Trump's presidency and is building toward a dramatic day of courtroom filings on Friday.

Trump later fired McCabe and claimed something else. McCabe has a lawsuit against the administration for his firing.

AP News :: Court deadlines set stage for more Russia probe details

and on twitter (it's a long one)...

Like clockwork. Every time Trump flips out about the "witch hunt", something damaging towards someone in his orbit drops shortly after. It may not be today, but Mueller likes dropping things on Friday's, and Trump do 3-4 tweets this morning about him.

Either way, it makes Trump look impotent. Or like a 5 year old flailing his arms around in a tantrum. He keeps whining, and complaining about a legal process. Knowing if he touches it, he's done. So he throws tin foil hat levels of shade on the investigation, hoping someone, somewhere will do something.

He's as obvious as a child who got his favorite toy taken away. Without fail, every single time he throws one of these tantrums, a new Mueller info nugget drops. It's become absurdly obvious.

How long before we get the tweet that Trump barely knew Tillerson?

The history books on Trump's time in office will be interesting. Tillerson did harm in his time in the State Dept. He gutted the State Dept, firing people with decades of experience, and connections. The US is worse for his time in office. However, he's so critical of Trump (usually off record, behind the scenes), in ways he should be.

I wonder how much will be a Trump cabinet appointees choices, vs Trump's marching orders. Not that it excuses Tillerson, he was already suspicious as is. I guess I'm just curious if they're all true believers like Devos. Being allowed to run around, doing damage they want to do. Versus being handed down an agenda from the top.

Part of me finds it hard to believe Trump understands the various departments roles. On the other hand, if papa Putin asked him to weaken several parts of the government, it makes more sense. Gut diplomats, sow distrust in the media, and towards judges. Rile up racism, deepen party divides. Give continual cover to Russia, and it's allies.
