It's the Kavanaugh hearing all over again.
Indeed.
Also, Whitaker looks like Wilson Fisk’s slightly more corrupt twin.

I don't particularly appreciate the comparisons to Fisk. Fisk wouldn't need to resort to this level of running out the clock. He would have calculated responses that would land Dems in hot water.Indeed.

This guy looks like he missed the point of Vic Mackey.
Nadler should have hit him with a subpoena right there and made him answer.
Only the best. Seriously, what a gong show.

Keep in mind it is only half the leadership. The other half (under Pelosi) isn't so accomodating to dictators and willing to dehumanize people they don't like. When I see these types of tweets, I don't feel completely disgusted and ashamed of American leadership anymore.
I just feel "meh sure he'd say that".
It's like normal now...
Average Tax Refunds Down 8.4 Percent As Angry Taxpayers Vent On Twitter | HuffPost
Looks like people’s tax refunds this year are coming in lower than last year. Basically the government withheld less during the year so it looked like their paychecks went up due to the .01% tax cut and it wasn’t just a tax cut for the rich. But now people are starting to realize how screwed over they are.
For a lot of people who live paycheck to paycheck, that refund is the biggest check they get all year and they use that money to buy big ticket items. This could have a potential negative impact to the economy if the first week of returns are a trend.
Not looking forward to doing mine this year. Normally we net out even but due to no longer being able to deduct certain expenses, we will probably owe a few grand. Thanks Cheetoh.
I'm sure it will somehow be the Democrats fault.Chickens coming home to roost for a lot of trumpers.... will be interesting to see what happens next

My refund is usually $1200 and was $660 this year.
I guess the bright side is that you still got a refund and didn’t owe. I’m scared if we owe because we already have a lot of expenses this year more than normal.
I’m sure Cheetoh will say it’s time people pay their fair share even though we won’t know for sure if he’s paying his (spoiler: he isn’t).

North Korea trying to keep its nuclear missiles safe from US strikes, says UN report
In the confidential report, recently submitted to UN security council members, sanctions monitors said they had “found evidence of a consistent trend on the part of [North Korea] to disperse its assembly, storage and testing locations”.
It said the North was “using civilian facilities, including airports, for ballistic missile assembly and testing with the goal of effectively preventing ‘decapitation’ strikes’ on a smaller number of identified nuclear and missile assembly and manufacturing sites”.
I wonder if some of my co-workers who still think Trump is great will change their minds when this happens to them.My refund is usually $1200 and was $660 this year.
