Impeachment and conviction
Main article: Impeachment in the United States
Impeachment begins in the House of Representatives, where articles of impeachment are drawn up. These articles are then voted on by House members. Each article is voted on separately, and requires a simple majority to pass. Once an article has been passed in the House, the president has been successfully "impeached". The articles are then sent to the Senate for adjudication with an impeachment trial. After views have been laid out in the trial, the Senate moves to vote on conviction. Each article requires a two-thirds majority of Senators present to pass. If an article passes in the Senate, the president has been "convicted", and is removed from office. A further vote may then be held which determines whether the (now-former) president is barred from holding future office. This vote passes with a simple majority in the Senate after the initial conviction vote.[21]

So does the disqualification require a removal?

I wonder if in January 2022 Trump will be impeached for a third time. :o It seems to be a New Year's resolution.

Yep, they’re definitely going to become pariahs to the Trump cultists for a long time. :o

So a rift between Trump and Giuliani might ensue? I knew Rudy wouldn't get his legal fees. He was pretty much doing pro bono work.

And Ivanka should tell the rest of Trump's base not to attend events they're not invited to either.

If I were Colludy, I wouldn't make an issue of it until I got my pardon.

If you didn’t know, Trump’s “business genius” was just never paying people and if they tried to sue he’d litigate them to hell and back because his daddy gave him endless money at birth.

This time I’m okay with it.

EDIT: just saw it was already posted lol

Yeah, about that. Apparently Trump is pissed that its not a good idea to pardon himself. Thus, the pardon train has stopped.

Sorry Rudy and Paxton....
