Doesn't this mean that a previous banned Hype member who has posted a photo or piece of artwork on another site could easily file a copyright claim here at the Hype and get the mod who banned him banned as well if that mod reposted that picture without knowing? It would certainly be a means of revenge.

But should that be done to other CBM sections as well? Why just the Misc Film section? People have probably posted more set photos, paparazzi shots and red carpet events there over the years than in the Misc Film section.

We STILL don't know what exactly lead to Hunter being targeted but that is when all these photo issues started. Who has the right to what basically

I would say if they post the pic to the fans then yes it's safe. BUT say one actor posts to another Actor then it wouldn't be

lol LAST NIGHT Hunter removed it. Then the Site OWNER put it back.
