Seriously, it's been like 40 years since American muscle cars dominated like they will within the upcoming years. The concept for the 2009 Camaro is the hottest thing I've seen since the '69 and with a price tag around $20k, I'll be driving one home the day its released. The new Shelby GT500 is wickedly hot also and even though I've never been a fan of Mustangs (except for the first generation,) I would've gotten one already if they weren't so damned hard to find. Though the Charger was a huge disappointment, the Challenger looks like its going to be pretty hardcore.

So...discuss and vote.

I want a Camaro painted like Bumblebee.

*geek*

I bet Chevrolet dealers across the nation have been answering tons of calls asking when a Bumblebee-edition Camaro will be ready :o

It's actually a fantastic marketing scheme...they should cash in on it...:o

wasnt the 2nd car in transformers? in yellow?

Actually in the latest edition of Maxim with Megan Fox on it, there is an ad for the GM Cars used in Transforrmers.

I'm absolutely loving that new Camaro. Despite the fact of the return of the GTO, it just didn't look...muscle..y? Muscular.

Though the Challenger, and the Charger (which isn't pictured) I like a lot too.

Well my fine feathered friends, doing a quick google search Bumblebee won't be out til 2009.

i still have no idea how a car that size was able to turn into something this big

I hate the Charger. It looks more family car than pony car, but the Challenger has a nice retro look.

The rest of you are depressing me, but I should figure the only way comic book kids would know anything about muscle cars would be from a kids movie. :csad:

Though, I actually liked the movie and the 2009 concept Camaro was worth it. And those of you hoping for a "Bumblebee" edition, which I guess is just yellow with black racing stripes, which is kind of a classic look for Camaros...anyway, by the time the Camaro is released, Transformers will be a thing of the past.

Yeah, it's the 2009 Concept Camaro they used in the movie, If I'm correct.

You know, the first sentence of the original post states that rather clearly.

By then my car would be paid up.

Why must you make me sad? :(

I'd get a Challenger, but I already have two cars. Getting a third would be redundant. =/

Both the Shelby and the Camaro rock, but I dislike the Challenger.
