Im thinking small villian, opening scene. WIth a spidey day that means he has had to do more work than what he did in one and two.
Lizard, as cool as it would be is too large a character to push into this unless it has to deal with the symbiote and if lizard was in it something wouldve slipped, like conners family being cast or such.
I think bruce campbell as mysterio could be a huge possibility. Mysterio I dont see as a major villian in any film, and campbell is always in them and to have his role small is expected, he is always a cameo. His role is actually fairly hushed right now, his part in the last two was known by filming if i remember correctly. now production is rolling and he is an unknown character. Perhaps ted raimi is a villian. Whoever the forth is Im sure its going to be a small 5 or 10 minute scene if even that.
Mysterio would work due to him being into illusions and could be a ...whats that word...this is why you shouldnt do drugs cause youll forget simple words...well it would be a mood setting for the rest of the film and also hinting to what will happen....damn.. well something along the lines of what makes a person and what breaks a person. what shows on the outside is the inside. how peter will be changed by the sybiote and how his outwards appereance show his change internally. real symbolic stuff you know. could work.
