My Gal's first day on BvS set as Wonder Woman :hrt: :ilv:

Dark Raven can't identify Gal? Lawd, this is a miracle! My path is clear! She's all mine!

:woo: :chd:

Can't tell on a phone, and it could've been the stunt woman.

If it was the stuntwoman I'd have posted it in the "Hot Girl IS WW Stuntwoman" thread... oh wait. :p

I'm on my phone too, which seals the deal. She mine.

She could be a stunt woman... as she looks a bit different from Gal..

That's what I thought. The eyes and mouth and shape of the face look a little different.

The Hot Toys Wonder Woman figure has finally arrived:

It's better than all the other action figures of Gal I've seen and looks great, but still not completely perfect. They've done a good job capturing a lifelike skin around her face. It's better than the large, life-size statue though.

So I saw BvS last night at the Universal Studios IMAX premiere event. The audience erupted into spontaneous applause when WW, in full costume, debuted! The film kept Diana quite mysterious, I don't even recall anyone saying her name was Diana (more details have been revealed about the character in magazine articles, like how she's 5,000 yrs old). The movie basically got everyone interested in WW and left us wanting more, which is an excellent strategy to build anticipation fo next year's solo WW! I wanna say so much more but I'm too concerned about spoiling something. I'll just add I gave it two enthusiastic Thumbs Up, and it passed my all-important clock test--not once did I wonder what time it was or want to look at my watch to see how much longer until it was over. A wild ride, from start to finish!

Thank you for not spoiling anything and good to hear you enjoyed the film.:yay:

My theatre also erupted into applause when WW showed up.
Unfortunatley she didn't have a lot of screen time or dialogue to show off her acting. But what I saw I liked. If you are truly skeptical on Gadot's acting abilities I don't think this is the movie where she will sway you into being a believer.

One thing I will say about Gal's acting is even though she didn't have tons of screen time or dialogue to impress, she actually did come across very natural in the scenes she was in. Not wooden or forced at all. That's a big hurdle she overcame, at least for me. But yeah, we will have to wait for the solo to gauge her true talent. BvS gave me a reason to be optimistic, though.

Gal looks gorgeous in red, and also like a giant. :ilv: Look how tall she stands above everyone else.
