Oberyn's death was simply shocking (funny enough, I was reread ASOS before S4, got to Oberyn's death and jokingly thought to myself, since D&D like to ratchet up the brutality, they'll probably make Oberyn's head explode). Red Wedding had all kinds of emotions bleeding out. So, Malko. Maybe he's Moqorro and the person who heard the character's name typed it how its pronounced?
