That particular line isn't totally incorrect, just not the foe everyone thinks.

we know she has a foe in archways

If all she does is hand him back his poxy knock off sword then that's awful, but I suppose Brienne v a one handed man is a non runner before it starts.

a shame... he'd have kicked her lame ass had he been healthy and unchained in season 3

I'm indifferent to show Jaime at this stage as they've simplified his story. Brienne can have her way with him for all I care. I can't really see his purpose to the story now other than possibly travelling back to KL to off a genocidal Cersei but I doubt he'd even bring himself to do that. He had no love for the Mad King, while his love for Cersei is borderline sociopathic.

he did push a kid out a window for her lol

My guess is that she'll off herself or The Mountain will go beserk at some stage, saving Jaime the bother.

Which will free Jaime up to join his forces with the rest of them to fight the WW.

indeed. Even with how they made Cersei less insane, it hasn't made Jaime's devotion any better.

In reading about the Qin Dynasty, I can't help but think of Stannis. The emperor of the Qin Dynasty came in, united the disparate Northern China and ruled with an iron fist. Confucians that spoke out against his strict rule were burned along with their philosophical texts. I wonder if GRRM has a similar fate in mind for Stannis as the Long Night looms.

The last page got me excited for [blackout]Stoneheart[/blackout] only to immediately dash them. :csad:

I just realised that Brienne swore her oath to Sansa with the sword that once was Ice. Cool

I am waiting for it to air in 40 minutes. I'd rather watch it in HD than stream it.

Same here, i'll wait 3 hours until i can watch it with my family. I just hope it's better than what those people were saying.

it's always funny the people who rush to watch it out of their obvious crazy fandom, decide to hate on it lol i have my complaints, i know.

Some even called it the worst episode in the whole series. And i can see why they'd say that. Guess I'll just see it and then discuss. Fingers crossed for it to be decent.

Oh well.

Next week is Fathers Day....Taking back the north for dear old dead Ned :O
