You can get it by preordering it at Gamestop and you'll get a code to join the beta at the end of April

Uh, no there aren't. Unless you mean what Andino said, that you can also get it by preordering the actual game. And I just assumed that the guy I was answering knew that was the other option considering that's usally how it works. Bulletstorm might be made by the same company that makes Gears of War, but it wouldn't make sense for them to force you to get the Gears of War beta by preordering a game(Bulletstorm) with no ties to Gears of War other than it being made by the same company. Of course they wouldn't allow the beta only to people who preorder Bulletstorm, and disallow it to people who preorder Gears of War 3. So yes I was clear on this and I should have pointed out that there are two ways to get into the beta. Preorder Gears of War 3 or Bulletstorm. Although if there is a version for the PC, it will probably be free, so you might want to wait.

Preorder Gears 3 & you get it for the final 3 weeks. Preorder Bulletstorm & you get it for 4. No other ways at the moment.

You don't have to pre-order Bulletstorm, you just have to buy it, but you could easily buy it and return it within 7 days to get your money back and just claim the beta voucher for yourself.

I kinda did that, but I really like Bulletstorm so i'm just gonna keep it. I recommend everyone try it out. Way better than the demo made it seem.

Yeah that's right & what I meant to say. You just have to get the epic edition of Bulletstorm.

That was a bad choice for demo material as I would definitely not have bought the game based on it. It's not a good reflection of the quality of the game at all.

You really can't judge that by the demo bro, trust me. I was the same, and bought it for the gears beta with full intent on using the return policy but I think it's a keeper, especially if you like Gears. Really fun, decent length single player.

Agreed Cliff is pretty awesome to listen and he seems like pretty straight forward guy. He tells like it is and I really like that when developers do that.

He really is and listening to that sit down with him. It's obvious he plays lots of games and has a lot of respect for the other game developers but isn't afraid to say where a game went wrong even if its his own.

Yeah, he's a damn sight better than Peter Molyneux, who seems to think he is the Da Vinci of video games.

I loved Gears 2, and I barely even touched the multiplayer. The campaign was enough for me, so the idea of a Gears 3 with a quality campaign and a multiplayer that I could keep coming back to just seems too good to be true.

Yeah Blesenski seems like a chill guy. ANd he doesnt feel fake or that he's just trying to sell a product. Also Im glad he can admit what went wrong with Gears, addresses the haters, and everything.

Gears 2 wasnt a dissapointment to me. Mostly because I didnt play 1 that much. THe story was a huge step up and the actual gameplay of the multiplayer didnt bother me. THe things that I didnt like were the long time it took to get a game and the lame ranking system. And of course people dropping out

Yeah Cliff is actually a cool guy and is just one of the guys around the studio. He even shares an office with one of the artist He does not hide himself into an office and seperate himself from the rest of the team.I shared and office with him for a few months. He is totally into his passion and much different in person than he is on tv and online interviews.
