So, so pumped for this movie. It looks absolutely amazing! I don't just mean the movie, but also how it physically looks. The aesthetics are just perfect.

The hype level isn't what it was for Civil War - which is odd, given I'm a Star Wars freak - but I have a feeling I'll end up liking it even more. That's saying something because I was in heaven after Civil War.

Also, I'll be grabbing my ticket on Monday, for sure. Unfortunately, I can't see it in IMAX as I originally planned at the beginning of the year. I moved to a smaller city and there's no IMAX theatre anywhere close. I'd have to go to Vancouver, which would be silly.

Sorry to hear that JB33. But maybe you can use that money you are saving for an extra show? :woot:

I'm not even the most fashion-forward gay and I think it looks dreadful.

Beautiful woman but that whole ensemble is tragic. I have no idea what her stylist was thinking. Maybe she doesn't have a stylist and that's the problem.

I was there last Tuesday and she looked beautiful. Got her autograph. During the Q&A before the screening one journalist praised her dress and said the name of the designer but I can't remember. It was Prada or Versace, I think.

So great that you were about to be there. Did you enjoy it?

I'm seeing it two nights in a row. 14th and 15th

Got to be honest, for all the visual beauty & flair on show in the trailers, the dialogue and it's delivery from the actors has looked and felt so amateur from what I've seen.

So, sounds likes you are new to this Star wars thing? :drl:

I, unfortunately, have to concur. I think "amateur" may be a little strong, but it's definitely felt off in some way.

We'll see though. I'm booking four tickets for midnight.

That's a major worry for me.

Ive seen the first trailer and only watched the 2nd trailer once and that was months ago, but that has been my worry since the first trailer. Mostly with Felicity Jones. She has that same dry delivery with the deer in headlights look in so many of the shots. She just seems so damn boring.

However, I said Chris Pratt was doing the same expression, face, and delivery in all of the Jurassic World stuff I saw and I was proven wrong there.

So I hope I'm proven wrong

Outside of the, "Save the dream" line, I honestly have no idea what you lot are talking about. Though I heard this before TFA too, so maybe it is to be expected. :funny:

Yeah, I think that is my "worry" so to speak. I don't think any of it looks bad by any means. I still think Rogue One will be good but I have a feeling the characters won't hit the heights of the last film. But I could be completely wrong. But I see nothing "bad" here.
