I made a logo in GIMP and wanted to print it. I made sure the the image was made to exact measurements I needed. I saved it as a .jpg, put it on a flash drive and took it to Walmart. When it printed on their instant machine, the colors were muddy and the image was blurry. So, I used their one hour machine and that one came out way too bright and also blurry.

Does anyone know what I can do to get this to print clearly and in the right colors?

Is the logo multilayered?

Once you merge them into a single layer and then re-size, you will get resolution issues. If you flattened the image, then that could be the problem too.

I did flatten it but, did not resize it.
