And it's being shot in Romania, no less. Is Sony trying to make this film on a really low budget? Mostly it's DTV movies that shoot in cheap locations like Romania and Bulgaria.

Well cross your fingers they're shooting their to save money so they have more to spend on CGI and action sequences.

I was at such a loss for words when I saw Ghost Rider at the theater. I was so bummed how awful it was.

They could have went with a relative unknown, and made it like Blade - dark, edgy, out of nowhere good Marvel movie - but no, they even screwed up Ghost Rider, one of my favorites.

That is not good. Not good at all. I only saw Crank and Gamer, not Pathfinder. But still, Gamer was one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen and Crank just sucked. Very low expectations this new Ghost Rider.

None of those villains actually if its true to some script reviews. This is basically the 2001 GR script and in that version the main heavy was Mephisto (but wasnt called that in the script...he looked like a normal person throughout the film btw) but he did give one of his human henchmen demonic powers. He turned into some kind of huge demon/human hybrid thing...so no other characters from the books (just Blaze and GR)

Dont like the fact this thing was fast tracked ...we havent even heard of its supporting cast yet or character/set designs. add in to the fact Sony wants a Feb release date shows they themselves dont have enough confidence that it will do well in a busier movie season.
to use a overly used movie quote "ive got a bad feeling about this"

This is an example of the '10 draft not being as interesting as '01. In '01 he was an unkillable, stitched-together "scarecrow" monstrosity and provided some cool creature/horror action.

pretty much what Blackheart did in the first movie. He does take the name of a comic villain, he demands that everyone call him

Nicholas Cage and the actors get here in October. According to news reports they're gonna use an old steel mill in Hunedoara as a shooting location

That's a pretty big set. I can't decide whether some of the dilapidated scenery is the set or actual buildings in Romania.
