Hypestyle, no offense, but I've yet to read a post from you that doesn't revolve around asking a question with an obvious answer.

Anyway, if toys were made for the 2014 movie, suffice to say there will be toys made for KOTM. And we won't get another trailer until December at the very least.

I've been speculating that we might get more stuff, whatever it may be, in October for the New York Comic Con.

Im kinda the same way. The Trailer was darn near perfect.

That being said I do wanna see a trailer that ends with Godzilla and KG squaring off.

I kind of think that the end of this trailer was, at least, Godzilla basically going "Ghidorah! I'm calling you out!"

Just finished it. Good segment. I have my own GODZILLA: 1985 story. On my birthday that year my mom took me and all my cousins and friends to see it in the theater. We had just seen the original Godzilla 1954 a few weeks before. I had never seen it as I only New the big G from the Showa films. It's a favorite memory of mine from childhood.

Having seen the original GODZILLA (American version with Burr) close to 50 times by 1985.....GODZILLA 1985 was just too cool for words when I saw it in the theater.

I wasn't aware there was a rights issue. Is this why I haven't seen G '85 on cable since the mid 1990's?

I think the soundtrack is the main issue, with it being scattered all over the place. I have it on VHS, so I will have it as part of my collection.

I had the VHS tape of G '85 too....was able to burn it to DVD.

Apparently none of the monsters that “bow” at the end are Toho monsters which is unfortunate.
