Goosebumps

Now I feel like looking for my old Goosebumps books and reading them all over again :D

I wonder if it'll be an anthology film, combining a few of the stories together into one cohesive story.

Anyone else remember the "Say Cheese and Die" episode with Ryan Gosling? Also, if anything, they should do The Haunted Mask.

That's what I think too. 3-4 stories seem doable film-wise.

That Greg kid was Gosling? My God, how time flies.

I hope they do "The Haunted Mask", both the book and TV episode were a blast.

I think the episode of The Haunted Mask did it just as much a justice as could be done if I recall it right. Slappy however, could dominate with a budget and 90 minutes.

my fav goosebumps book as a kid was how i learned to fly.

Can't lie, still pissed that we never saw "Return to Dead House" :cmad:

But Imo, I wanna see :

Welcome to Dead House, Haunted Mask, Night of the living Creeps, and The headless ghost.

Save the Dummy stories for one cohesive plot.

They should do one of the "Choose Your Adventure" books, then the film could be about audience participation! We could all vote on what happens next and the majority wins. It'll be so awesome. :O

Viewers Beware you're in for a scare. GOOSEBUMPS.

For some Reason I thought the Theme music to be eerie.

Anyway Monster Blood Say Cheese and Die The Haunted Mask Day at Horrorland and Night of the Living Dummy if they do any of those stories it will be fine by me.

Attack of the Mutant.

Does anyone actually know what the once written script is going to be about?

The best part of the goosebumps theme in the TV series was the glowing eye's dog who barks the tune but doesn't actually open it's mouth LOL. What a great show.

You just know there will be little puns of other stories in the movie though (like if they don't do Slappy, they'll atleast have the Slappy doll in the background of someone's shop or something).

U Know the only way that would work is on a TV SHow.

Then the sequel someone can buy it at the shop!

I want a Slappy movie way worse than I ever thought...

This needs to open up the movie:

The Haunted Mask freaked me the **** out when I saw it.

And Slappy goddammit. Slappy scared the living **** out of me. I remember the one where the two kids step dad was some scientist who made green ooze and made them eat it or something. He was growing plant people in their basement or something like that.

I say this should be PG-13.

I think the intro to Are You Afraid of the Dark was creepier though. That episode where the hooded creature that came out of the shadows in the walls and took children back into the shadows. Scarred me for life. Anyone remember that one?

Maybe Curly can finally make his screen debut in a Crypt Keeper-Style intro! :hrt:

I think I remember that one. I loved AYAOTD to death as a kid and still love it, far and away the best show Nickelodeon had in the old days when they were actually a good network with quality programming.
