1, 2, 4, 5, 6
1, 2, H20, Resurrection
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, H20, Resurrection
The above are the most common continuities/paths that are taken with the Halloween movies. Much of the reason these various paths are taken is due to the fact that Halloween: H20 and Halloween: Resurrection seem to disregard the events of the fourth, fifth and sixth sequels. However, there was a scene written for H20 that connects all of the films, having one of Laurie's students mention Jamie's death in a report. It was ultimately written out. Laurie does mention that she faked her death after the events in Haddonfield and it's also explained (in Halloween 4) that Jamie's parents were dead. But, John and Jamie would be so close in age that they must have been twins had all films taken place within the same continuity. That would imply that Laurie left one of the children behind and took the other, and that doesn't make much sense.
