As a Brit, I don't really know who a lot of these relatively uninternational actresses are, but I do think this Zooey Deschanel makes an excellent suggestion - she looks the part perfectly! Also, Britney Murphy (who I HAVE heard of) would be cool! But one of the most important things about old Harley is her voice! It's gotta sound like Arlene Sorkin or it just won't be the same

Reece Witherspoon, haven't thought about her as Harley before, but those pictures do look like she might be able to look the part, and she is a fairly talented actress, i wouldn't mind seeing her get the part.

I pesonally don't think harley quinn will be in TDK, because the joker has already escaped from prison (thanks to Ras) and there is no need for her. she could show up and the 3rd or 4th film and get the joker out then. that seems more plausable to me. but if she does show up i wouldn't want a big name actress to play her i guess. but i never liked harley quinn. i always thought she was annoying. maybe thats just me.

Well in the end of BB when Gordan is talking to Batman, he says "we still haven't picked up Crane or half of the inmates at arkham" then Batman says "we will" and they talk about escalation, and Gordan says "take this guy" and gives him the joker card. I always asumed that the Joker was one of the inmates at arkham that they haven't captured, but I could be wrong. I just barley watched the ending again, and that's still my impression, but again I could be wrong. you can decide for yourself.
