Jon Hamm would be awesome for sure. He belongs in the comic book world in some capacity. He just has the look.

Someone suggested Jon Bernthal earlier in the thread and I think he is an inspired choice. He definitely has the intensity to portray the villainous side to the character and think he could pull off the charismatic charming side too.

I would love Frank Grillo to take on the role but not sure how likely that will be due to his involvement with the MCU.

Wayne pays to have Dent rehabilitated. Facial surgery restores his face back to "normal." Dent emerges from Arkham, claiming to be fixed, tearfully relieved, returning quietly to society. But inside he sees the obverse... his face is ugly on both sides, he's now more of a monster than ever, Bruce Wayne did this to him. Goes out for revenge, but this time he's suppressed the Harvey side even further, no longer flips a coin.

^ This. It shouldn't ever be a requirement for Bruce & Harvey to share similarities in appearance and most writers/artists don't seem too focused on making it that way. It's more important they share the same ideals early on than it is the actors look like twins.
