So far he's a kid who's done nothing wrong and seems nothing like his brother from the answers he gave Tywin. I remember him also asking about if Joffrey was going to kill Robb in front of Sansa a fair while back. Then Cersei asks him if he'd like that and he said no. I'm definitely rooting for him until he gives me reason not to.So is everyone pretty much behind Tommon? Hasn't said much but his scene with Tywin makes me not want for him to share his brothers fate.
Edit, as in posters, not characters. Are people rooting for him?
I've decided not to get too attached to any of these characters anymore. They tend to die horribly.
But you don't hate him do you?
Uh...
It's still rape. Jaime forced himself upon Cersei without her consent and when she was specifically saying not to. That she physically wants to have sex and that she enjoys it doesn't change that fact.
I would argue that it does indeed change the entire situation, he is a one handed man and she has plenty of fire to fight back. She starts kissing and ripping his clothes off just as much, these are two people who are beyond ****ed up and their relationship shows that. Though she was saying no she never always in the show just relents to Jamie and in the book it was very interesting too. I would not say that Jamie raped her in the show an that this is just rough sex with Cersei being almost turned on by the idea that Jamie is taking her at this time.
"That's certainly George R.R. Martin at his best, at his finest hour. [chuckles] I think it's, well, we talked a lot about it, of course, 'Is it rape?' Their whole relationship has been over all those years has been a physical one and it's been about catching those moments and their love affair over those years has been condensed to those moments of passion. Everything else has been being in the same rooms and pretending. It's a weird one. And now … you'll have to watch the show. They have history, a long history. Nothing is simple. When he says, 'Why the hell did the gods make me love a hateful woman?,' I think that is at the core. A lot of dysfunctional relationships or you've seen them where you go, 'Why the hell did they stay together for so long?' 'Well, we love each other.' 'But it's f***ed up! It's just f****d up.' Everything here is extreme. That scene is extreme. The emotions, everything is just messed up, and then he just wants to reconnect and becomes that weird thing. If you look closer there are those moments where she -- well, I haven't seen the finished edit, of course -- but we tried to have it where she goes into it then she pulls away, she goes in then she pulls away, but of course he is forcing himself."
A different location?
So the corpse makes it rape. Ok. I just thought that the dead body made the brother/sister sex more icky.![]()
Not one word.do you speak english?
she refused him at that location.. so he raped her... but given her attitude, she'd have ****ed him elsewhere.
