She is rather perfect.

After what was added in the show, the events of last episode make Shae look even worse as a person.

I almost didn't even recognize this as the Sansa actress for a second. She's really beautiful here.

Most the game of thrones actors hang out together and seem to be good friends.

I wanna hang out with the Game of Thrones actors :csad:

****, marry, kill: Cersei, Ramsey, or the Red Priestess? Be specific with your reasoning.

Pedro: "My God. That's hard. To be obvious, I'd have to kill Ramsey because that guy's just wrong. I would never want to cross paths with somebody like that. **** the Red Priestess. And then I would marry Cersei because that's Lena Headey, and I love Lena Headey. I'm going to try and marry her, anyway."

So... That's a yes? :o

It took me a while to notice there was text on that shirt :o

I know what you mean. I'm really trying to figure out if that's a Tamagotchi she has in her hand and why she'd be displaying it. Those things haven't been relevant since the mid 90's.

Notice I said relevant since the 1990's, not that they ceased to exist. :oldrazz:

Yeah I kind of wondered about that. That seems a rather odd motto for the family, given what we've seen.

Most of the house words work, but the "Hear Me Roar" seems rather meaningless for the family that regularly plots in dark rooms, assassinates and backstabs.

What I love about the Houses's words is that nearly all of them look like battle cries or threats:

Lannister: "Hear Me Roar"
Baratheon: "Ours is the Fury"
Targaryen: " Fire and Blood"
Bolton: "Our Blades are Sharp"
Greyjoy: "We Do Not Sow"
Mormont: "Here We Stand"
Or they can be some words that describe their personality and way of life:
Martell: "Unbent, Unbowed, Unbroken"
Tully: "Family,Duty, Honor"
Arryn: "As High As Honor"
Tyrell: "Growing Strong"
Tallhart: "Proud and Free"
Karstark: "The Sun of Winter"
Flint: "Ever Vigilant"
Redfort: "As Strong As Stone"
Tarly: "First In Battle"

Ok. You get my point. NEARLY all of the houses have "positive" words, whether they be battlecries, or descriptive.
The only one who makes the exception, by having grim, negative, warningfull words, is, you got it, House Stark.
"Winter is Coming" is practically a teaching. It teaches that life is not easy. And that one must be prepared for every adversity life will bring. And it is the only house motto that actually tells the truth: winter is coming/valar morghulis/ every man will die, whether one way or another.

Double apologises por the long post and terrible english

Well, even back in ancient times marketing is important. You're not going to rally support to your banner with an ambivalent motto.

House Redblade: We're Doing Okay.

House Farkeep: Always Trying Our Best.

House Oakworth: Our Motto Contains Words.

Haa! Loved the "our motto contains words". It's actually pretty accurate.

Was Lysa's mention of Branden Stark to Sansa the first mentioned him in the show? I'm pretty sure it is. They've mentioned the duel with Littlefinger before but I'm pretty sure they've never mentioned Branden by name and always kinda made it feel like in the show the duel was with Ned or something. I didn't even know about Catelyn being betrothed to him until I started reading the books like a month or two ago

Well, if it had been with Ned in the show, i don't think he would have trusted Littlefinger so much.

I'm just saying, I'm pretty sure they never actually said it was Branden though. So after reading that in the book I was always under the assumption that they might have just left him out of the show

I'm almost 100% positive they brought him up in season 1.

Jaime talks about Ned's brother in Season 1, when they first meet in King's Landing.

I believe Catelyn also mentioned him at some later point.

Robert also mentions him, I believe (though I'm less sure about that).

I thought Robert brought it up with Ned on the kings road.

Yeah they mentioned his brother in season 1, though I can't recall if they ever called him Brandon.

Since I haven't seen it posted yet...

Edit well never mind. It was the video of Tyrion's trial speech, but YouTube is being a ***** and not giving me a proper link.

About Brandon.
He was mentioned by littlefinger on that lesbian scene between ross and that other woman (the one that appeared with Bronn at Blackwater) back in season one.

In that scene, Littlefinger practically explained his whole mission. He said that a Highborn man (Brandon) had scarred him from waist to chin. Though he never said the name.
And then he says " Im not going to kill them, Im going to f*** them" or something like that.
