Nolan is a very articulate, both in interviews and behind a quill. Odd that he let so much of Goyer's shoddy dialogue into his movie.
Dude, I know you're immortal, and not really up-to-date with the latest fashions, but nobody uses quills anymore. I've moved on to felt tip pens. Next week, my supervisor says I can use a biro, as long as I don't use it as a weapon like last time.
Your point stands.

To me it seems a lot of the media hasn't done it's research on Heath or TDK. Cnn was talking about how Heath's passing will affect TDK and the showed the following poster and the tagline and how WB had to change it.

Wow, I hate how TV shows always get stuff wrong. Just like when the today show showed a manip of a dude as joker

Don't tempt me. Let's not unleash teh Ticklor again.
Oh, I can see that on set alright.
'Chris, get the hell away from me with that quill!'
'Oh come on Wally, just a quick one.'
'Oh alright then. Tee-hee-hee.'

LOL! Cheeky :D

However, narrating and writing dialogue is very different. The amount of books I've read where the story, narration, and attention to detail are all good but the writer fails miserably at creating believable dialogue, has to be a fair-sized chunk out of all my literary conquests.

Back to the matter: That was great. He's shown a lot of heart in writing that

Well, the news media did break the Watergate scandal, which was good, but then they decided to take the rest of the century off and haven't yet returned.

Today's media would never break Watergate, and I have no hopes for the future. :whatever:

No I'm not. I found a link, but mind you it's a bad picture and sound but you can still hear and see them well enough.

I just scrubbed through but I never saw them show that poster

Man today I just bought my books for college this semester and my film editing book has a cover that is just a screen grab from BBM with Heath. Depressing...

Not only that but the tv guide channel had a special on Ledger. When they were speaking of TDK they showed many posters, one of them was Barney's manip that was posted right here on the Hype:dry:

Between Barney and Humanimal, WB might as well have just not released anything and let manips from the hype promote their movie. :hehe:

"Lulz" and "the demonic Joker" will forever go down as moments when a reporter shouldn't have opened his or her mouth.

Here is the In-Memoriam Video from the SAG Awards. Heath is at the very end, but gets the biggest response.

Man, a lot of actors died this year. :( Knowing it was a big lead up to Heath, I got a little teary there.

Okay.....I just finished watching Brokeback Mountain. That was depressing as hell.

That and Candy are his top performances I've seen. And I am certain his Joker will be amazing. Such a horrible tragedy.

Yeah, the Watergate-type scumbags OWN the media now. The media is completely owned and operated by corporations, so there's no way they would ever break such a scandal.

Now isn't anyone going to jump in an go "Argghh, DDL iz juss morning him becuz he was teh Joker!!@!"

No? I didn't think so...

I think Ledger getting an oscar for TDK is more wishful thinking then a reality.

That really depends on the quality of the perfermance. Because honestly you never know how good it could be until u c it. Judging from the trailer, he appears completely transformed into character and at the top of his game. Last time that was the case he was garnered with a nom, so maybe he just might get another. Because if he really is as menacing, sadistic, scary, and downright original as the cast and crew have been saying then he might have a shot. It really is dependent on the quality of his competitors as well.
