dude are you really going to argue that the toy have a white neck...despite the fact.Ask a stupid question and you'll get an equivalent reply.
The Joker's neck, arms and hands has always been white up till now. There's no reason to change that, as it doesn't intrude the realism factor. It all depends on the causes.

Oh, may I ask you of a favor. If it's possible, could you make his shoes black and gives his coat and pants more of a vibrant purple? Then it could start looking more near perfection.

I dirtied up his shoes, made his coat a tad lighter and his crotch shorter lol. But I'm done, I'm not overdoing it.
