Is it just me or they have blurred (which looks like air-brush effect in Photoshop) his lower jaw a bit even in Snyder shot scenes... just to have that consistent ''look' ?

It's not just you. They look to have touched him up in places. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the scenes they edited out was designed to maintain a consistent "look", either.

Anyone got high quality gifs of Clark doing his rip shirt thing and then flying off? So hnnngh. Beautifully shot by Zack.

Thank ya, mam.

You're welcome! Looking at the scene again, I noticed the school bus in the background. I wonder if it's supposed to be a reference to the bus scene in MoS and Clark's first onscreen save? Given it's Snyder, I wouldn't be surprised.

I love how they did the shirt rip there.

In the cinema I pretty much cheered when we got the shirt rip. I was so damn happy.

I turned to my lady and went out loud "OHHHHH!" when he took his glasses off and turned into the alley. I could not believe they finally were doing this.

My face was basically a combination of both of these gifs :D

Heh same! I grabbed her arm and started going "Oh he's gonna do it! He's gonna do it!"

So change yo bald avie, man.

Dean Cain and his lame rightwing mind aint Superman. :o

HAHA

It’s Tyler Hoechlin not Dean Cain, Tyler is my favourite live action Supes that hasn’t changed.

Same here guys, I was like omg omg omg omg omg he is gonna do it, boom

Same. When Clark was looking up I knew it was coming. I turned to my wife and said "finally!". Great moment to end with. The shirt rip was top 2 in regards to things I've always wanted out of Cavill's Superman. Hopefully we get many more.

I don't get the reaction to Tyler. A charming performance from an actor clearly enjoying himself but if that's what is classed as the best live action portrayal we've gotten, then I really have to wonder about how much of a mess various different people have made in bringing Superman to life.

I like that he was basically a hybrid of George Reeves and Chris Reeve’s Superman crossed with Dean Cain’s Clark. I like that he was naturally a bit of a dork and therefore still being himself when he’s Clark. I like that his Clark had earned respect as a reporter in his own right. I liked that he was still the guy his cousin turned to for strength, guidance and inspiration. I liked that the world still reacted to him in awe, and he reacted to their awe like the humble Kansas farm kid he is. I liked that he truly enjoyed being Superman and interacting with people as Supes. I also liked that he wasn’t afraid to get serious and let Martian Manhunter know that he didn’t approve of the DEO’s method’s and wasn’t gonna pretend otherwise. I think for a guy who has only had maybe a grand total of an hour of screen time, he made a darn good impression and with a better suit/fx/production values he could’ve been damn near perfect. The character was there, and I’d happily watch a whole series/movie of him.
