No price point has been announced. Heh, the figurine looks adorable. I'm actually considering about getting this edition instead. :woot:

HOOOOOOOOOO. I need that figurine in my life. It had better come with those twin silverballers.

I'll be getting whatever is the top collectors edition, regardless of what it comes with. iv got the professional edition on preorder at amazon

lol dude u have no idea. if this game turns out bad, I'm done, I'm done gaming. I don't think it will tho, iv loved absolutely everything iv seen so far(minus the exclusion of Bateson)

Streets of Hope play through.

Further proof this is nothing short of classic Hitman. Damn i can't wait.

47 has never been more bad ass. The point shooting is a great feature for this character.

Also, damn that final scene was chilling.

How many levels are they going to spoil for this game? I think this is the third one that's been revealed.

The e3 demo sold the game for me. There was at least 10 different ways to kill that guy

hah yea, good point. altho there's tons of different ways to complete a level so even if they do show one off, it might play out differently for u.

Wow. I was going to wait till Christmas for this, but that newest video is damn near perfect! It really looks like the next evolution of Hitman. Man...I think I might have to pick this up release day now...

Yes. You will deff need to get it on release day. Its going to be so bad ass.

Video was super cool. The level design and environments look great and seem like they'll be really replayable like previous Hitman games.

The animations are still whacked out sometimes, though. Hopefully that gets fixed in the final game. The AI seems to walk really stiffly and stuff. It just looks strange.

I also hate hate HATE that there's a paint-and-shoot mode but whatever I can just turn it off I guess.

Thats a pre beta build, so id assume they can get some of the odd animations polished up.

As for the point and shoot, thats a system that was tailored to Agent 47(far moreso than say a Sam Fisher or a John Marston.) There isn't another mechanic that could work for what he can do. But, yea its completely optional. All of that stuff was. The indicators about what you can pick up, the instinct mode etc. They also claim you can customize it all to suit your preference.

I loved the dead-eye mode in RDR.

Hated it in Splinter Cell.

The jury's out on this one until the game hits I guess lol.

Haha I always felt it made more sense in SC than in did in RDR. Fisher being a Jason Bourne type character, with top govt training while Marston was just a guy. He had no formal training. 47 on the other hand out does em both, not only does he have elite training, he was genetically altered to be the perfect killer. I knew the second the mark and execute showed up that IOI would use a similar system. It's perfect for Mr. 47, and yet again IO agrees with me. Everything and I mean everything I claimed I wanted in the next Hitman game is showing up. Maybe they're spying on me? The only thing they're screwing the pooch on is the absence of Bateson, but I completely blame SE on that.

Man, I'm still playing blood money. Cant wait for this game to drop.

Wow, that looks fantastic. I know the footage is of a pre-Beta build but so far, it looks gorgeous. I like that the A.I has been drastically improved upon, it makes the game's world feels much more alive. So excited for this!

Indeed.

Iv never really been excited for the story in a Hitman game, but with Absolution, I'm dying to know whats going on with 47.

Any more details on the Deluxe edition? I really want that 47 figure, but there's no info regarding the price.

PS3 and 360 HD Hitman collection outed by retailer

Looks like another retailer has let slip that there is a Hitman HD collection on the way.

South African online retailer BT Games is listing a Hitman HD Collection for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The listing comes some two months after a similar listing originated on Italian retail site 16Games, in that case just for PlayStation 3.

This listing expects the game to arrive on October 15th this year, with the collection including Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman 3: Contracts and Hitman: Blood Money in high definition. It is now available to pre-order on PS3 HERE and Xbox 360 HERE. The October 15th release date on BT Games’ site matches that of 16Games’ original listing.

BT Games has something of a reputation for leaking certain games before they are actually formally revealed. Last April, the retailer listed Dead Space 3, the next instalment of the Need of Speed Most Wanted franchise and the Uncharted 3 GOTY Edition before they were formally revealed by their respective publishers.

Please, oh please let this be legit.

I still find it strange that the HD collection wouldn't include Codename 47. I mean, why put Blood Money in an HD collection? It was a next gen title...

Codename 47 was a PC only game. From what I hear it wasn't very good and a few of it's missions were also in Contracts.(apparently done much better) And Blood Money was on the 360 only(in regards to next gen consoles). So PS3 users won't be missing out here.
