Days of Future Past How long will this film be?

Have they revealed a tentative length for this movie? Given the scope of the story and the amount of characters that will be included, I feel it should be at least 2 and a half hours, maybe 3. The worst thing that could is if it ends up being too short

I highly doubt it'll be shorter than two hours - but it certainly doesn't need to be three hours, that's entirely way too long for a movie period.

It has to be the longest of the whole franchise, and since many other movies have had that running time, I see no reason why this movie shouldnt.

I'd expect it to be about as long as X2 was, so about 2 hours, 10 minutes.

I'd say that a movie of this magnitude should be 3 hours. If it's serving as 2 sequels at once then both the new and old casts should be able to shine in it's respective 90 mins each.


But thats just wishful thinking. I'd be happy with at least 2 hours and 30 mins. Anything shorter than that would be an atrocity.

I would think it would be pretty lengthy, given the scale of the story and number of characters. Just not something you could do in 90 minutes.

I'd guess 2 hours 20 minutes or more.

Realistically, about two and a half hours or two hours and twenty minutes. Ideally...I'd like it to be pushing three, though I know that's not gonna happen.

I would like it to be close to three hours... Because they have a hell of a lot of characters... And so, if the movie would just be 2 hours, it would be really hard to bring out the best of these characters. And by the way, i believe that a good film cannot be too long... The Lord of the Rings the Return of the King for example is around for hours long... And i never got bored for a second..
But this can just be done if the film is worth watching and well made. (Which i believe Bryan Singer can accomplish)
