Hurt talks Iron Man/Hulk!

I think it's a mistake to do an Antman solo movie. A better idea would be to introduce the remaining character of the Avengers in the Avengers movie and have spin offs from there. A Thor movie may work as a stand alone but it would be better if they ended the Avengers movie as a to be continued and continue it in the Thor movie.

The Thor movie is going to have to introduce the element of magic into the mostly technologically-based Marvel movie universe. Stands to reason they would want to set up the ground rules before the team-up.

And I still say an Ant-Man movie could work. Sure he's not all that popular these days, but neither was Blade when that movie came out. Hank Pym has seen some serious history, Lots of story opportunities there.

I can see them doing sequels for Hulk and Iron Man, but I'd hope they come out around the times of the solo films, so over the course of the years we can just get them out of the way.

Sort of like...

2010 - IM 2, TIH 2, Thor
2012- IM 3, TIH 3, Cap
2014 - Ant Man
2016- Avengers

Or something, of course those dates are not what I actually predict, but I just through them out there so you could get the jist of what I was saying, releasing them along side the others solo efforts.

As I said up top,I can't see RDJ and EN sticking around that long.

I don't really like the sound of that either but let's see how it plays out. Like I said "I dread to think that they might go to a Banner-Hulk in upcomming movies."

I hope they dont go that route, and i hope Ross doesnt give up hunting the Hulk, not in the first god damn movie!

Ahh... and there it is. The patented complaint™ by Aveit. Knew it was too good to be true. Knew it was too much to ask that you would fully "like" something even remotely tied to the new film, Jamon. I mean, you even went back to read the article to find something you didn't like. Does it get any worse than that? [sighs...]

I never read the article to find something i didnt like at all, i read the full article because i liked the little tidbits i had read and wanted to know more.

That ****ing okay with you? Not my fault you get your knickers in a twist over something pathetic like this.

But in all honesty, i really liked what i heard in that interview.

Even I am surprised by this...

Didnt like this bit at all though, Hulk isnt a superhero, he is a monstor, and he should never be portrayed any other way :csad: , knew i shouldnt have read the whole article.

My knickers aren't in a twist over anything. I'm just pointing out your inconsistencies. In post #1 above, you said you "really liked" what you heard in the interview. In post #2, I said I was surprised by it. In post #3, you then say there was something you "didn't like" in the interview, apparently having gone back to read the article in full for the first time. And in post #4, I point out that you've only gone back to the article to find something you didn't like because, well, we all know you can't be seen as anything but the ultimate pessimist when it comes to TIH.

Is there something I'm missing? If you didn't actually "really like" what you heard, then why would you say you did, without having read the full article in the first place? Do you see what an ass that makes you? The fact is you only "wanted to know more" AFTER I said I was surprised that you "really liked" what you read... which is regrettable, because it's plainly obvious you were looking for something you wouldn't like. In fact, you even express the regret that you knew you "shouldn't have read the whole article." Again, does it get any worse than this?

As I said to CJ, if I actually thought they'd have the military give up their hunt for the Hulk, or viewing him as a threat... I'd be worried.

But I highly doubt that. I simply think that they want to show a bit of a more heroic side to the crowd in NY.

I really don't think he's going to become like Batman / Spider-man etc. I think throughout all of his films, save for maybe Avengers he is going to be viewed as a monster.

As I said up top,I can't see RDJ and EN sticking around that long.

If those were actually the dates, that means both their sequels would be out in four years.

Then four years of rest. To do whatever films they want.

And then one big bang at the end.

I think they'd stay around that long, especially if the movies are successful.

Hey BH take a chill pill. C'on brother, take it easy. Jamon's a good guy.

Wow! You just pulled the carpet from up under dude. I'd hate to get on your bad side mister Bruce Wayne! :o

I think the Hulk although not your typical superhero is still just that. Look at what I mean: n. pl. su·per·he·roes
A figure, especially in a comic strip or cartoon, endowed with superhuman powers and usually portrayed as fighting evil or crime. Hmmm, I think the Hulk qualifies as such. Don't get me wrong, it is not intentional, but he does battle evil beings and such.

Well they obviously are, i liked what i read in the article on the front page, and so read the full article to know more, i still liked 90% of the article, just that little bit i didnt like, if this makes me an ass, you have a messed up view of the world.

Honestly, get over it and grow up.

Thanks for the support CJ.

I wouldnt define him as that though, he doesnt actively seek out evil like a SH would.

Oh I did; he just doesn't realize it. Senility is creeping up on him, I'm afraid. Or it's worse... see below.

Grow up? I'm not the one riding the short bus to work everyday. But they probably let you ride on the Big Bus from time to time, don't they? I mean, that must be good for your self-esteem, right?

Ah well. The fact you "still liked 90% of the article" isn't what makes you an ass. What makes you an ass is the fact that you went back to find the 10% percent you wouldn't like. And, well, also the fact that you're in bed with Ang Lee's Hulk.

But enough chatter. I think your village is calling for you...

And why should any of this matter to you?

It doesn't, really. Jamon's just a little too transparent all-around. With the exception of the article, I'd say he's about 90/10 against TIH being a good movie. He finally says something positive about TIH, I express surprise and what else... he goes back to the article to find something negative. As I said, transparent.

Well, if you want to get technical, I was the one who said I was surprised and he was responding to me. BH let it go. I don't know why you're on such a bashing rampage lately. Have a Skittle. :woot:

To get even more technical, I was surprised even before reading your comment. You were just first in articulating the thought. I was probably going to withhold judgment, though, to be honest... wait to see how long TIH's favor in the eyes of Jamon would last. And, well, it wasn't long as we now know. As soon as people started expressing surprise, Jamon insisted on finding something negative... in predictable fashion.

And I'm not on a bashing rampage, necessarily. I don't know what it is. Just annoyed by idiots, I guess.

Hmmmmmm Oh well. I guess I better watch how I post in the future. I would want to run a fowl :csad:

Why is Jamon an idiot because he isn't impressed with what he sees? It's not like he attacks you for thinking differently from him (like you are doing to him) and why is it a bad thing that he found something he didn't like in the article?

Honest mistakes I can handle.

No, it's because of the very intentional defeatist attitude that he carries about TIH. He draws attention to himself as being the one person who's bent on being sour... and loves it IMO. Well, I have no respect for that. You would have to know the history of his posts to know what I'm talking about... but I see what you're saying. I could just accept it and move on - and for the most part I do - but when someone expresses surprise, in effect commends Jamon for finally being positive, and Jamon turns around & manifests himself as a jerkweed, well then he rightfully deserves the backlash he's getting.

Sheesh I'm out here

Edit: This thread I mean. I wouldn't want to be accused of being a Cry Baby or a Drama Queen.
