Something to be said about such an issue.... obviously some people around here care enough about Doom's treatment/mistreatment.... If we're talking "opinions", then anyone saying that it's redundant or pointless to discuss it, is only stating their own opinion, therefore, anyone can continue discussing Doom's bastardization all they want without having to be given a hard time doing so.

Actually opinion 2 is inaccurate.

Since the origin used happened in 1961, a year before Doom's origin, it's hardly a "modern take". So, that falls into the uninformed opinion category.

What I mean is- that they have switched Doom's comic origin, which was presented in 1962, and merely inserted him into the FF's origin that was first presented in 1961. Thus there is no modernizing of the origin.

so i think i am right in saying that if person A says they like classic doom that is an opinion,and if person B says they prefer movie Doom then that is an opinion,neither is right about which is better as it is subjective to the taste of the individual

Well this is just me but I feel that if a young man who gets a scholarship to MIT and becomes rich, successful, and famous from no help that to me is a genius. I agree that he might not be portrayed as much of a genius as Reed,,,but he is still a genius IMO.

Has organic armor..this is correct.

His power. It seems they have changed it a good deal in post production. It barely even looks like he shoots electricity anymore. It looks more like beams of energy. I think he just uses electricity to charge up.

Hooded cloak...that is correct.
