ok...i read awhile...while back...that a sequel was possible....just got finished watching the great movie again...and was curious if they were going to make a sequel...i looked it up...and imdb is saying its comming out 2010...Anyone know if this is true...if soo..whats the latest news on the sequel??

...but a script for a sequel has indeed been written, by Ron Moore (of Battlestar Galactica fame).

If Hancock had bombed at the box office, I expect this project would have been fast-tracked for Will Smith, but not sure exactly what's going on with it right now...

I can tell you one thing, though -- it won't be directed by Alex Proyas...

In no way was he a SELL OUT in any of those films...they were excelent movies...and his acting was some of his best..expecially in i am legend.

I call it like I see them. No Hating at all. Hancock was crap. MIB 2 was slightly better. Will Smith fans probably do not agree. Fine. Send Smith the bill. I do not want to see a sequel for I Am Robot, Hancock, or MIB3, he needs to get a good solid script first.
