I can picture him agreeing to do it not for money but for the fun of it. I just doubt he has a schedule for a tv role. Plus the separation of TV and movies makes me feel like it's completely unlikely they would have Tony take such a huge pivotal role in AoS. For that reason I don't think there's even a chance of it happening.

They don't have to have him on any episodes, he can be refered to.

I think you will see him in the movies though, in his new position. Maybe as early as Spider-man: Homecoming.

Anyway we will see, but I'll stand by this prediction.
